At Golf Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations on the green, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn golf shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely taped.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
